Great Falls Development Names Jen Barnett an Aspire Award Winner at Fire Within 2025

As women in Montana, we're no strangers to working hard. It's what we do – we're used to putting our heads down, making things happen and doing the work without much fanfare. And for me, that makes acknowledgement of my work ethic and commitment even more special.

2025 Aspire Award Winners

Each year, the Great Falls Development Alliance – along with community partners – celebrate exemplary women in business with the Fire Within Award program. And while The Front Agency is a new brokerage that got its start in fall 2025, it was an honor to receive an Aspire Award at their 2025 event. The Aspire Award is given each year to a woman business owner who has been in operation one to five years and started a new venture.

To the Great Falls Development Alliance, thank you for celebrating female business owners and reminding all of us of our strength, drive and creativity. To my fellow award winners, it's an honor to stand next to you.
