Collaboration versus Competition: The Front Agency Difference

Here at The Front Agency, we're big believers in teamwork. While we have individual real estate agents as part of our brokerage, we're big on supporting each other, cheering each other one, helping each other out and making sure we're working together for our clients.

As part of this, I've been asked "Hey Jen, why do you share listings from other agents?" And I'll tell you, when we started this brokerage we were determined and committed to implementing a few important cultural shifts at The Front Agency. And collaboration was one of the big values for our team.

To us, a culture of collaboration was important to our brokerage. But beyond that, a collaboration with other brokerages here in Montana was also important to us. When other agents invite us to tour their listings - and they are happy to tour ours in return - that's what is important to us. A mutual respect and spirit of teamwork feels like we're all one step closer to one of our key mission values. And the best part of all? We're all working to help our clients the best way we can.
